In order to enhance the cohesion and overall centripetal force of the staff group, in August 2022, Haofei Industry organized all the staff to carry out the tourism group building activities in Yesanpo Scenic Area, Baoding, Hebei Province. During the harmonious group building process, it established positive communication, mutual trust, solidarity and cooperation among the staff, and fostered the team awareness, forming emotional cohesion, ideological unity, and action consistency.
